By registering for or using BenchHQ, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
BenchHQ is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for bench sales recruiters and Indian IT staffing companies operating in the USA. The platform provides candidate tracking, submission management, vendor CRM, hotlist blast, and related recruitment automation tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. BenchHQ is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
BenchHQ offers a free 90-day trial followed by paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.
Your use of BenchHQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. BenchHQ will not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
You agree not to use BenchHQ for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@benchhq.in.
BenchHQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BenchHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
