Upon successful registration and payment, access to the BenchHQ platform is granted immediately via your web browser at app.benchhq.in. No physical goods are shipped.
Your subscription gives you immediate access to all features included in your plan. Access is available 24/7 from any internet-connected device.
Login credentials and invitation emails are delivered to the email address provided during registration. Please ensure your email address is correct. If you do not receive your welcome email, check your spam folder or contact support@benchhq.in.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. In case of unexpected downtime, we will restore service as quickly as possible.
