Pricing questions answered

Do I need a credit card to start the free trial? ▾
No. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately with no credit card required. You'll only be prompted to add billing when you choose to upgrade after the trial.
Can I switch plans later? ▾
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal date.
What counts as an "active job posting"? ▾
An active job posting is any job that is currently published or accepting applications. Archived or filled jobs do not count toward your limit. You can archive and reopen jobs freely.
Is the annual billing discount applied upfront or monthly? ▾
When you choose annual billing, you pay 12 months upfront at the discounted rate (25% savings). The amount is charged once per year, and you get a single invoice for accounting purposes.
Do you offer special pricing for startups or NGOs? ▾
Yes! We offer 50% discounts for early-stage startups (under 2 years old, under 50 employees) and registered NGOs. Contact us with your details and we'll set you up.
What payment methods do you accept? ▾
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI, net banking, and can raise invoices for enterprise customers. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
