This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for BenchHQ subscriptions.

1. Free Trial

BenchHQ offers a 90-day free trial with no credit card required. No charges are applied during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without any obligation.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your BenchHQ subscription at any time by:

• Contacting us at support@benchhq.in
• Sending a cancellation request to your account manager

Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

BenchHQ subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we consider refund requests in the following situations:

• Technical issues: If the platform was unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, we may offer a pro-rated refund or credit.
• Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same period, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
• New subscribers: If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid subscription and have not made significant use of the platform, we may offer a full refund at our discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@benchhq.in with your account details and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
